Biography

Dr. Johnny Gayton is a world renowned eye surgeon and the chairman of Rampage Pro Wrestling. He is no nonsense executive who follows the Teddy Roosevelt philosophy of carrying a big stick. Due to his active management style, he has been involved in feuds with Hot Like Lava, the Cash Vault, and that little weasel, Sal Rinauro. He was named Georgia's wrestling promoter of the year for his efforts in making RPW Georgia's premier wrestling organization.

Dr. Gayton is Georgian to the core. He often says that he is Georgia born, Georgia bred, and doesn't eat greens without Georgia cornbread. He attended UGA and is an ardent bulldog supporter. He took an interesting path to RPW. His father instilled a love for wrestling in him as a child. He then wrestled for North Cobb High School, at Kennesaw College and the University of GA. He also did some professional wrestling in Acworth and Augusta, GA winning some local titles in the process. Medical school and establishing a practice put his athletic career on hold until 2006, when he began competing in powerlifting. He became a state, national and world champion. He decided to use his new found strength and intensity to resume wrestling and in November fulfilled a lifelong dream by winning the RPW Cruiserweight Championship.

Dr. Gayton wants to see RPW continue to grow, and he greatly appreciates the fan support. He is proud of the RPW fans who were voted Georgia's wrestling fans of the year. He intends to bring the best in wrestling talent to the fans of the great state of Georgia.
